I have completed my reading in 2 nights, I liked an understandable language and it was easy to follow. We’ve been traditionally taught to avoid carbs, have an early dinner, and never eat before bed. But the fact is, the latest scientific research shows us this earlier model is not the most ideal.
“Always Eat After 7 pm is a three-phase program that teaches you how to lose big by strategically eating big when you are naturally hungriest—in the evening. First phase was 2 weeks and I supposed to decrease calories and decrease the amount of bad carbs, stay hydrated, count macros, follow the detailed instructions and watch how my fat was melting. I lost about 15 lb. in that phase and I was like very surprised. The cool thing is that I never was hungry, I was eating like enough amount of good food. The author provides great examples of product substitutes, how to feed yourself with a big portion, reduce the calories and burn the fat at the same time. The second phase was about adding more calories, by adding more healthy carbs, lean protein and continue to drop weight until goals are met. So, I did follow and
dropped 5 more pounds and then decided to maintain weight. The most amazing thing that this healthy lifestyle become my habit and part of my life. I am back to my pre-pregnancy weight, I am full of energy and feel like happy woman.
